The Genesy ECO TPO VV Felt synthetic waterproofing surfaces consist of a TPO compound (Modified Thermoplastic Polyolefin) obtained by extrusion of a modified elastomer polyolefin alloy, able to allow very high performance durable over time. The composition was designed to give the surface mechanical strength and softness, creating a chemical bond that allows the molecular chain internal flexibility, without resorting to the use of plasticizers. It also provides resistance to weathering and to total UV rays exposure and it is permeable to vapour. Its intrados is coupled, at the factory, with 200 gr/m2 non-woven fabric through specific application technology by gluing on various type of supports.

The reinforcement used in Genesy ECO TPO VV Felt synthetic surfaces consists of a glass, rot-proof fabric. This reinforcement type offers the product high dimensional stability, making it suitable for specific application by total gluing through a non-woven fabric coupled to the surface.

Outer surface: The surface compound is sand-grey coloured and fully resistant to weathering and UV rays exposure. It does not require surface treatment for solar radiation reflection, it has a signal layer to warn if mechanical damage occurs (signal layer 20% of top surface), with the possibility of RAL colouring for a consistent integration in the environment, landscape and existing architectural features.

Inner surface: black coloured with particular puncture resistance property, by coupling to a FELT support (Polyester non-woven fabric) to integrate the specific application technology through simultaneous gluing of the compensation and separation functional layer, it is provided with side selvedges without felt for sealing continuity of material.
