The Genesy ECO TPO PE synthetic waterproofing surfaces consist of a TPO compound (Modified Thermoplastic Polyolefin) obtained by extrusion of a modified elastomer polyolefin alloy, able to allow very high performance durable over time. The composition was designed to give the surface mechanical strength and softness, creating a chemical bond that allows the molecular chain internal flexibility, without resorting to the use of plasticizers. It also provides resistance to weathering and to total UV rays exposure; it is also permeable to vapour.

The reinforcement used in Genesy ECO TPO PE synthetic surfaces consists of a polyester, rot-proof mesh. This type of reinforcement offers high resistance to wind loads, mechanical resistance and elastic behaviours when installed, puncture resistance, it is therefore suitable for mechanical fastening in total exposure. Genesy ECO TPO PE in not affected by hot-cold cycles and adapts to structural movements.

Outer surface: The surface compound is sand-grey coloured and fully resistant to weathering and UV rays exposure. It does not require surface treatment for solar radiation reflection, it has a signal layer to warn if mechanical damage occurs (signal layer 20% of top surface), with the possibility of RAL colouring for a consistent integration in the environment, landscape and existing architectural features.

Inner surface: black coloured with particular puncture resistance property. Other colours are available on request for the top surface.
