PVC pipe union for the connection of bituminous roofing with rainwater drains.

GENESY PVC AERATORS have been studied to favor the dynamic extraction of water vapor that is formed between the insole and the waterproof covering mantle. We recommend laying 3-4 aerators per 100 square meters of surface. They can also be used as ventilation fireplaces for rooms. The new GENESY PVC AERATORS h 160 and h 400 can also be placed on ventilation ducts having an external maximum diameter of 125 mm. The particular shape of the GENESY PVC AERATORS and the cover allows the cover package to be ventilated continuously.

The flange of the aerator is equipped in the lower part, which must be placed in contact with the insole, of 16 ducting ribs that keep the covering mantle lifted to facilitate the escape of the hot air that is formed daily between the slab and the waterproofing. The ribs are interrupted at about 5 cm from the edge of the flange to obtain a band for gluing to the PVC waterproof synthetic covering. The upper part of the flange is completely smooth to facilitate a quick disposal of rainwater avoiding stagnation. The shank is equipped with three side windows that provide ventilation, together with the upper hole.

GENESY PVC AERATOR is the only one equipped with a hood for continuous and dynamic condensation that continuously forms under the waterproofing mantle. The rounded shape of the lid favors the disposal of condensation, which is formed continuously, sending it outside the shank.

We recommend the installation of GENESY PVC AERATORS in contact with the slab to exploit the characteristics of the canalisation ribs. Resistant to degradation caused by the sun, ozone and other atmospheric or chemical agents, normally present. They have a high flexibility even at low temperatures. The mechanical characteristics remain unchanged over time. They are compatible with synthetic PVC prefabricated membranes.
