Green Buildings with General Membrane
For General Membrane, respect for the environment is an irreplaceable value. For a long time the Company has been developing products and designing systems that perform the main waterproofing and thermal insulation functions of the building, and also contribute to reduce the impact on the environment throughout the life cycle, from production to disposal.
The attention of General Membrane for the environment and the interest in sustainable design has led the Company to be certified ISO 14001, to enrol in the U.S. Green Building Council in 2012 and to draw up a document which identifies General Membrane's systems and products able to contribute to confer LEED credits (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
